Climb Your Personal Everest!
The High Achievers Summit Programme is a powerful and intense residential programme designed to achieve the following:
- provide the tools in overcoming obstacles
- regain a different perspective of challenges out of the comfort zone
- promote inter/intra team bonding
- provide for a battery recharge for executives
- networking with like-minded professionals
You cannot stay on the summit forever; you have to come down again. So why bother in the first place? Just this: What is above knows what is below, but what is below does not know what is above. One climbs, one sees. One descends, one sees no longer, but one has seen. There is an art of conducting oneself in the lower regions by the memory of what one saw higher up. When one can no longer see, one can at least still know.
Mountaineering is a great leveller the mountain doesnt care who you are, what car you drive or what you make in a month at your job.
The High Achievers Summit Programme is designed to take you away from your accustomed surroundings and your family. It will put you through an enjoyable, enervating, challenging environment to help you recharge those mental batteries and see the view from the top of the mountains of your life.
You will returned changed, perhaps with a better understanding of new personal limits, a greater sense of simply being as well as acquiring new ways to look at old problems.
The Programme is not simply a hike up a mountain but an exercise in trust in your fellow team-mates as well as getting a first-hand look at leadership at the edge
